Estimates and pricing

Any pricing, financing, or rebate figures shown on this Site are illustrative and subject to change. A binding price requires a written estimate from a Safeguard representative following an in-person inspection. Eligibility for state, federal, or manufacturer programs (including My Safe Florida Home) is determined solely by the issuing authority, not by Safeguard.

Submitting a request

By submitting your contact information through any form on this Site you represent that the information you provided is accurate and that you authorize Safeguard to contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your request. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safeguard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product and installation warranties, when offered, are governed by the separate written warranty document that accompanies your project.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Safeguard or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Safeguard’s total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Safeguard, if any, for goods or services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
